We are hiring an Game Growth BD Manager to help us scout the world for new studio deals and expand our portfolio of successful partners.

Job Description/Requirements

What We Expect

You will:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate how our solutions can meet their goals.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients in the mobile gaming industry to introduce our ad mediation product and growth program.
  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach to engage with potential clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Regularly track and report on sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.

Must have:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, in mobile gaming.
  • Have a history of successful cold calling or cold emailing campaigns.
  • A track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales engagement platforms.
  • Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Business savvy. You have a general understanding of business situations and you are a good problem solver.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive and clear communication.
