Role & Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move goods.
• Stacking and retrieving stock in racking and storage areas.
• Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting faults.
• Following load limits, traffic rules, and safety procedures at all times.
• Recording stock movements accurately.
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

• 2+ years operating forklifts in a warehouse, factory, port, or distribution environment.
• Valid forklift operator certificate or license.
• Experience with counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, or both.
• Good awareness of warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and load labels.
• Right to work in Ghana or Nigeria.
• Willingness to work shifts and handle physical work.
  

Preferred

• Experience with high racking or narrow aisle equipment.
• First aid or fire warden training.
• Basic stock recording or warehouse management system experience.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or port operations.
