Financial Controller ? Deputy

Our client, is West Africa?s leading Logistics and Agribusiness Company. The company now requires the services of Financial Controller- Deputy.
Key Accountabilities

• Partnering with profit center head to analyse business by mitigating the possible risk to meet company?s target
• Ensuring that company, financial statements are in line with management?s requirements
• Providing timely and accurate financial information for Logistic and Investment properties business lines
• Meeting group reporting and audit timeline
• Contributing to keep the accounting and financial processes of our businesses up to standard and ensure accurate financial reporting and control
• Identifying and preventing discrepancies and helping set up control systems
• Supervising accounts receivable and accounts payable teams in the Finance department
• Maintaining a minimum exposure on currency and stock within approved limits.
  

Qualification Required & Experience

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CMA, etc.). A Master?s degree in accounting, finance or business administration will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience of which at least 3 years in a lead role
