Responsibilities:
- Registering new members
- Record keeping
- Reconciliation on member passbooks
- Member education
- Daily collections
- Comply with all KYC and regulations
- Issue official receipts for all collections.
- Deposit all collected funds within approved timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Follow all operational and risk management policies.
- maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment
- sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors as well as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- emptying trash and recycling bins.
- identifying and reporting maintenance issues to management
