Field Supervisors

Job Summary

Fncee Consult is inviting applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the role of Field Supervisor for a leading general building and construction materials and services company located in Nsawam, Eastern Region.

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site activities, field workers, subcontractors, and building contracts to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, on time, within budget, and in line with required quality standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and supervising on-site activities and building contracts.
• Ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Supervising and guiding field workers and subcontractors.
• Interpreting plans and specifications to ensure proper execution of work.
• Monitoring safety practices and ensuring compliance with site regulations.
• Liaising with project managers, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Preparing daily and weekly reports on site progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensuring proper use, handling, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials on site.
• Supporting effective communication between management and field teams.
• Ensuring that site operations align with company standards and project expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Minimum of Diploma, HND, or Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or Construction Supervisor.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, tools, and methods.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Must be disciplined, hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Residing within Nsawam or nearby areas will be an added advantage.
