Role Description The Field Sales (NSS Position) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra. The role involves actively promoting Enlace’s mentorship programs, educational tours, and scholarship services to schools, families, and partner organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting field visits, organizing presentations and information sessions, gathering leads, and following up with prospective clients to convert interest into enrollment. The Field Sales team member will maintain accurate records of outreach activities, provide timely feedback from the field to support service improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students and families. This role requires consistent engagement with stakeholders in the community, representing Enlace professionally and helping expand access to its educational support services.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information clearly to students, families, and school stakeholders.
- Sales and outreach capabilities, such as lead generation, relationship building, and follow-up to achieve enrollment targets.
- Organizational and time management skills to plan field visits, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records of activities.
- Basic digital literacy, including proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to listen to needs, respond to inquiries, and provide supportive guidance to prospective clients.
- Knowledge or interest in education, student support services, or youth development is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Accra, travel locally for field visits, and adapt to working in schools and community settings.
- National Service-eligible candidate; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is an advantage.
