Role Description The Field Sales Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra, responsible for driving enrollment and adoption of Enlace’s programs through direct field engagement. This role includes identifying and qualifying prospective partner schools, families, and community organizations, conducting in-person visits and presentations, and following up on leads to convert them into participants. The Field Sales Lead will manage the local sales pipeline, coordinate outreach campaigns, and track performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Daily activities include meeting with stakeholders, responding to inquiries, delivering clear information about programs and scholarships, and maintaining strong relationships through consistent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align field feedback with marketing and operations, and representing Enlace at events, fairs, and community activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities, active listening, and confident in-person engagement with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and achieving or exceeding field sales targets.
- Experience in Lead Generation and prospecting, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture potential partners and program participants.
- Familiarity with Sales Operations, such as pipeline management, reporting, and use of CRM or tracking tools.
- Prior experience in education services, community outreach, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, organize schedules efficiently, and travel within Accra as required.
- High School Diploma, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
