Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Accra. The Field Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective schools, parents, and community partners to promote Enlace’s mentorship programs, educational tours, and scholarship services. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and conducting in-person visits, presentations, and information sessions, as well as following up on leads to convert interest into enrollments or partnerships. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, collecting feedback from the field, and reporting market insights to support program improvement and growth. The Field Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams on outreach campaigns, attend events or fairs, and ensure accurate documentation of activities and outcomes in the company’s tracking systems.
Qualifications
- Proven field sales or business development experience, preferably in education, services, or a related sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences including parents, students, and school administrators.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships, negotiate agreements, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including territory planning, reporting, and documentation of sales activities.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or lead-tracking systems) to manage outreach and reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional local language skills in Ghana are an advantage.
- Knowledge of or interest in the education sector, student development, and experiential learning programs is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work primarily in the field, including frequent local travel within Accra and surrounding areas.
