Field Sales & Collection Officer
Our client, a layaway sales and retail business, is hiring Field Sales & Collection Officers. Male and female are welcome to apply.
What you’ll do
- Find and approach prospective customers and explain the layaway payment system
- Explain prices, instalment plans, deadlines and company rules clearly
- Visit customers to collect scheduled payments
- Issue approved receipts and record every payment accurately
- Submit daily collection and follow-up reports
- Follow up respectfully on missed payments
- Safeguard company funds, receipts and customer information
What we’re looking for
- SHS qualification or above
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Honest, punctual, disciplined and hardworking
- Comfortable working in the field and meeting reasonable targets
- Sales or collection experience is an advantage; entry-level applicants are welcome
What’s offered
- Starting Salary of GH₵1,000 to GH₵1,500 per month depending on suitability.
