The Role

We are looking for proactive and motivated Field Growth Associates to support driver and courier onboarding across Accra. This is a field-based role suited for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, working independently, and contributing directly to business growth. You will play a key role in building Valura’s network by identifying and onboarding quality drivers and couriers.

What You’ll Do

• Engage potential drivers and couriers within assigned areas
• Clearly communicate Valura’s offering and benefits
• Support onboarding, including documentation and app setup
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects
• Participate in field activations and outreach campaigns
• Share insights from the field to improve acquisition strategies
  

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working in the field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to take initiative and manage your time effectively
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or similar roles is a plus

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: GHS 1,500 per month
• Incentive: GHS 200 for every successfully onboarded and activated driver/courier
