Field Agent (sign-up Agent)

JobKonar, a product of Novelty Lab, is a Ghana-based platform connecting clients with Ghana-Card-verified artisans — plumbers, electricians, carpenters, tailors, and more. We're looking for field agents to help us grow our artisan base over a focused one-week push.

What you'll do:

•
Approach artisans in your area and help them sign up on the JobKonar app

•
Walk them through the sign-up process on the spot (trade, service area, Ghana Card, selfie)

•
Use your own agent code so every artisan you bring in is tracked and credited to you

•
Aim for 50+ artisans fully onboarded (ID verified) by the end of the week — no cap, the more you sign up, the more you earn

Pay:

GHS 5 per artisan who fully completes onboarding.

What we're looking for:

•
Comfortable approaching people and explaining things clearly, in person

•
Own smartphone, able to help someone through an app sign-up

•
Reliable, self-directed, can hit the ground running this week

•
Open to agents anywhere in Ghana

Duration: 1 week, on-site.

To apply: Send a short cover letter to hello@jobkonar.com.
