Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee Salesperson to join our sales team. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about real estate and eager to learn the ropes of sales in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in real estate sales

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with prospective andexisting clients through various communication channels (phone, email, in-person meetings).
  • Property Showings: Support the sales team in organizing and conducting property viewings and open houses, ensuring a positive and informative experience for potential buyers
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, property values, and competitive analysis to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients and the sales team
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Support the team in managing client inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and timely information is recorded for effective sales tracking and reporting.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance your knowledge of real estate sales practices, legal regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process. Contribute to team goals and objectives through proactive participation and initiative.


Requirement:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and personable demeanor.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues
  • Motivation: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn with a genuine interest in the real estate industry.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and property showings.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
