Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Farm Assistant role based in Kumawu. The Farm Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily farm operations, including caring for animals, monitoring their health, maintaining feeding regimes, and assisting with breeding programs. Duties also include maintaining equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety of the farm environment, and assisting in crop cultivation activities as required. The role supports the farm's mission to achieve sustainable food production and contribute to local community development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Animal Care, Breeding, and Health Monitoring
• Skills in Farm Maintenance, including equipment handling and general upkeep
• Experience in Crop Cultivation and basic Agricultural Practices
• Good Communication and Teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate and learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks
• Prior farming experience or training is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; agricultural education is a plus
