Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Facilities Assistant located our Kumasi Office. The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Estate Manager with facility management, janitorial services, facilities operations, communication, reporting, and customer service tasks on a daily basis.

Roles:

• Facility Management and Facilities Operations skills
• Supervision and coordination of activities of Janitorial, cleaning and landscaping teams
• Supervision of activities of service providers
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in property management is a plus
• Planning and reporting on maintenance activities
• Assisting with resolution of tenants' maintenance issues

Qualifications

• Batchelor Degree in Real Estate, Estate Management or equivalent
• membership of relevant Professional Association
• Ability to drive and possession of License will be an advantage

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
• Experience in hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
