JobHouse is looking to speak with an experienced BPO / outsourcing professional currently working in, or with recent experience in, Ghana’s BPO industry.

On behalf of a client, we are conducting a confidential industry assessment focused on BPO operations, compensation, talent availability, shift structures, employee benefits, infrastructure and service pricing in Ghana.

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in areas such as:

Customer Service / Contact Centre Operations

Sales Development / Outbound Sales

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

NOC / Technical Support Operations

Workforce Management / Scheduling

BPO Operations Management

This is not a full-time employment opportunity. It is a short, paid confidential industry consultation.

Ideal profile:

5+ years of experience in BPO, contact centre, shared services or outsourced operations in Ghana (serving international clients in the US), preferably at supervisory, operations or management level.

Compensation: GHC 1,000 per hour
