Emba Marketing Manager At China Europe International Business School (ceibs)

Our firm serves the illustrious China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Ghana. We are currently conducting a search for three (3) qualified, experienced and dynamic professionals to play the international roles of:- EMBA Marketing Manager
These are internationally-oriented roles, and therefore candidates for the three positions must fulfil the following minimum and fundamential performacen criteria:
Experience & Ability

• At least eight (8) years professional experience, five of which must have been played in a similar role. A minimum of five (5) years is required for the Academic Services Manager role.
• Proven experience in developing, marketing or managing executive education programmes in a superior academic context
• Exposure and ability to utilize Africa-wide links and networks for fulfilling the respective roles
• Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with strategic individuals and organisations
• Ability to relate to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
  

Academic Qualifications

• A good first degree, plus additional relevant professional qualifications from world-class tertiary institutions
  

Effectiveness Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Proven leadership and management ability
• Strong IT proficiency
• Other relevant skills and ability, including language diversity.
  

Responsible For: Marketing the EMBA programme Africa-wide through:

• Development of marketing and enrolment strategy
• Organising & following up on infosessions, seminars and presentations at educational markets and company events throughout Africa.
• Supervising EMBA recruiters in various African countries
• Developing high quality brochures, flyers, ads, etc for student recruitment, within CEIBS Africa to CEIBS communication formats
• optimizing CEIBS website and social media for the EMBA programme
• Other relevant roles
