Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Tech n Sync e-commerce website.
• Manage our online marketplace stores (Jumia, Jiji, and other platforms).
• Manage the company's social media pages from an e-commerce perspective.
• Upload and update products, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Monitor online orders and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries across digital channels.
• Work with the Sales and Marketing team to execute online campaigns.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
• Drive online sales and grow our digital presence.

RequirementsEducation

Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any of the following:

• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Marketing
• Business Administration
• E-Commerce
• Or a related field

Experience

• Experience managing an e-commerce website is an advantage.
• Experience using WordPress, WooCommerce, or similar CMS platforms is an advantage.
• Experience managing Jumia Seller Centre, Jiji, or other online marketplaces is an added advantage.
• Experience managing business social media pages is desirable.

Skills

We're looking for someone who is:

• Tech-savvy and digitally minded
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Customer-focused
• Proactive and able to work independently
• A strong communicator
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Familiar with Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT (an advantage)
