At Tech n Sync, we're passionate about delivering innovative technology solutions while creating exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to expand our digital presence, we're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven E-Commerce Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Tech n Sync e-commerce website.
- Manage our online marketplace stores (Jumia, Jiji, and other platforms).
- Manage the company's social media pages from an e-commerce perspective.
- Upload and update products, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Monitor online orders and coordinate order fulfilment.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries across digital channels.
- Work with the Sales and Marketing team to execute online campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
- Drive online sales and grow our digital presence.
RequirementsEducation
Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any of the following:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- E-Commerce
- Or a related field
Experience
- Experience managing an e-commerce website is an advantage.
- Experience using WordPress, WooCommerce, or similar CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Experience managing Jumia Seller Centre, Jiji, or other online marketplaces is an added advantage.
- Experience managing business social media pages is desirable.
Skills
We're looking for someone who is:
- Tech-savvy and digitally minded
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Customer-focused
- Proactive and able to work independently
- A strong communicator
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiar with Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT (an advantage)
