Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Rider located in Kumasi. The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering documents, parcels, and other items between the company and its clients or partners. Tasks also include ensuring proper handling of dispatched materials and maintaining accurate records of deliveries. The role requires strict adherence to schedules and safe transportation practices. Flexibility and time management are essential in this role to ensure punctual deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the local layout and routes of Kumasi, with the ability to navigate efficiently.
• Valid license
• Ability to use google maps
• Proficiency in safe motorcycle riding, including possession of a valid motorcycle rider’s license and adherence to traffic regulations.
• Time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Organizational skills for maintaining accurate delivery records and ensuring proper handling of items.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to maintain professional interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Reliable, physically fit, and familiar with basic motorcycle maintenance and safety checks.
• Flexibility to manage deliveries in various weather and traffic conditions.
