Role Description The Dispatch Rider is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra, responsible for timely and safe delivery of documents, tickets, passports, and small packages to clients, partners, and service providers. Each day, the rider picks up items from the office or designated locations, verifies delivery details, and follows assigned routes to complete deliveries and collections. The role includes maintaining accurate delivery records, obtaining signatures or confirmations, and communicating updates or delays to the office team. The Dispatch Rider also ensures the motorcycle is in good working condition through regular checks, reports any mechanical issues, and complies with all traffic and safety regulations. The rider supports the operations team by running urgent errands and helping ensure clients receive their travel documents and items on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dispatch rider, courier, or similar role, with strong familiarity with Accra routes and neighborhoods.
• Valid motorcycle riding license and a clean driving record, with a solid understanding of local traffic rules and safety practices.
• Reliable time management, attention to detail, and basic record-keeping skills for tracking deliveries and collections.
• Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact politely and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Physical fitness and stamina to ride for extended periods and handle frequent stops, pickups, and deliveries.
• Ability to follow instructions, work with minimal supervision, and respond quickly to changing delivery priorities.
• Basic smartphone usage skills for navigation, calls, and simple delivery updates; familiarity with map apps is an advantage.
• Secondary school education (or equivalent) preferred; prior experience in logistics, transport, or travel services is a plus.
