The Director of Partner Innovations will be a creative problem solver that works cross functionally with Sales, Brand Strategy, Campaign Management, Product, and clients. This candidate will be responsible for driving forward momentum on partnerships with our social platforms, commerce solutions, and creative partners to win business and positioning Captiv8 as an industry leader.

Responsibilities40% Business Development Strategy
- Develop a strategic roadmap for partner ecosystem development that ladders to company vision, revenue goals, and product development
- Identify & adapt priorities based on market shifts that are rooted in deep understanding of client needs, ad tech, creator economy, and social media ecosystem
- Generate buy-able custom business development opportunities for Enterprise clients & prospects (i.e. Joint Business Partnership models, new product innovations)
- Consult & advise Captiv8’s senior leadership team on corporate development opportunities with our roster of partners & identify new ecosystem opportunities
