I’m helping Coral Paints Ghana find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Digital Marketing Specialist.

You'll drive market leadership and customer satisfaction through impactful digital campaigns.

Compensation:

USD 5K - 8K/month

+ Bonuses (up to 50% of base compensation)

Kojo Thompson Road, Accra, Ghana

What You’ll Do

* Lead digital campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms to support business objectives.

* Use analytics tools to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and measure results.

* Create engaging digital content aligned with the overall brand strategy.

* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and web analytics.

* Experience working with SEO, SEM, and online marketing tools.

* Three plus years of experience preferred, with an emphasis on integrity and character.
