Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra. This position is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across online channels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing content and messaging, and collaborating with product and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. The role also involves overseeing social media activities, coordinating paid advertising, and identifying new digital opportunities to reach target audiences in key African markets.

• Experience in digital marketing strategy, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization..

• Highly creative,capable to engage younger audiences through fresh ideas and relatable storytelling..

• Skills in social media management, content creation, and community engagement..

• Ability to analyze marketing data, use analytics tools, and translate insights into actionable improvements..

• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms, SEO principles, and email marketing tools..

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously..

• Knowledge of fintech or financial services and the African market is an advantage..

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience..
