Job Description
Role Overview
This role is for a highly motivated and creative individual who will own the entire online presence of the company. You will build and run digital marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness and generate quality leads for our luxury residential offering. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role: you will manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, content and website management, and you will be trusted to run the whole show independently. You should have a genuine eye for luxury: a person who instinctively knows what looks and feels right for a premium brand online, from tone of voice to colour palette to typography.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, in collaboration with management, that drive website traffic, build brand awareness and generate quality leads and sales.
- Own the brand's online identity, ensuring everything published online reflects a premium, luxury positioning.
- Plan and manage SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic across all online platforms.
- Manage and optimise pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns within agreed budgets, including keyword research, ad copywriting and bid management.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content development and performance tracking, and help evaluate and transition to new email platforms.
- Develop and manage all current and upcoming social media campaigns, including content planning, community engagement and performance tracking.
- Manage the company website, including content, user experience and conversion optimisation, using website data and user behaviour analysis.
- Generate an agreed number of qualified leads each month and work towards agreed lead-to-sales conversion targets.
- Work in close, ongoing communication with the sales team, who handle closing, to review lead quality: who is enquiring, where they come from and what they are asking, and use these insights to refine campaigns.
- Manage the CRM (Zoho) and coordinate with the sales team on lead tracking and follow-up.
- Manage property listing platforms and affiliate websites across all properties.
- Conceive creative content ideas and creative direction (blog posts, videos, infographics, social-first photography and videography) and brief the in-house creative team and external vendors to bring them to life.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new audiences and opportunities for growth, including potential corporate and business investor audiences in addition to individual investors.
- Monitor and report on key digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, email open and click-through rates, and social media engagement.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.
- Any other duties as may be specified by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
- Strong, proven skills across all core areas: SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing and website management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with website analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy.
- A strong creative and aesthetic eye, with experience marketing luxury or premium brands.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with marketing automation software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage
