Role Description This full-time on-site Design & Technical role is based in Accra and supports the end-to-end delivery of design and construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing technical drawings and documentation, developing and updating CAD models and plans, and collaborating with designers, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into buildable solutions. The role involves reviewing technical specifications, assisting with coordination of mechanical and electrical design inputs, and ensuring that designs meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards. The team member will attend site meetings, support construction coordination, and help resolve technical issues that arise during project execution, while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Strong technical drawing skills and experience producing detailed construction and design documentation.
• Professional body registration-Architect: GIA (Ghana Institution of Architects); Structural Engineer: registered status with the Ghana Institution of Engineers; Land surveyor: (Ghana Institute of Surveyors) license.
• Foundational knowledge or experience in Electrical Engineering for power distribution, lighting, and related building services.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present technical information clearly.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to technical and design tasks.
• Relevant degree or professional certificate(s) in engineering, architecture, building technology, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience in construction or design-led project environments, particularly in residential or commercial projects, is an advantage.
