Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver items to customers promptly and accurately
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery
- Verify delivery details such as addresses, contact information, and order contents
- Handle packages carefully to avoid damage during transit
- Maintain regular communication with dispatch or customers regarding delivery status
- Collect payments where necessary and issue receipts
- Ensure the motorcycle/bike is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition
- Conduct daily checks on fuel, oil, tires, and brakes
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, payments, and expenses
- Report any delays, accidents, or mechanical issues immediately
Requirements:
- Valid rider’s license
- Proven experience as a delivery rider is an advantage
- Good knowledge of local routes and navigatio
- Ability to use GPS or delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and able to handle deliveries efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, courier, or food delivery services
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance
- Familiarity with mobile payment systems
