Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Driver based in Kumasi or Accra. The Delivery Driver will ensure the timely pick-up and delivery of fresh and frozen meat products to customers while maintaining optimal product conditions during transport. Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance checks, route optimization, loading and unloading goods, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries. Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness within the delivery vehicle are also critical tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills to build rapport with customers and ensure a positive delivery experience.
• Proficiency in Forklift Operation, with experience handling and transporting products safely.
• Capacity to participate in and benefit from ongoing Training to improve job performance and delivery efficiency.
• Basic understanding of Sales principles, especially as it pertains to customer interaction during deliveries.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage handling, including adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to schedule changes.
• Prior experience in food delivery or distribution is a plus.
