1. Company Description:

2. Job Purpose:
The quality Manager should be able to lead the quality team and the laboratory analysis to secure dairy produced items are with standards and norms.
3. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quality System Management: Establish quality procedures, standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with frameworks like ISO 9001.
- Compliance & Audits: Conduct internal audits, coordinate third-party audits, and ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
- Process Improvement: Apply methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma, track defect rates, and perform Root Cause Analysis to optimize production and cut waste.
- Supplier & Vendor Quality: Work with purchasing teams to set supplier criteria, audit incoming materials, and evaluate supplier reliability.
- Customer Resolution: Investigate client complaints, analyze product failures, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Team Leadership: Supervise quality inspectors/technicians and train staff across departments on quality standards.
- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment.
- Precision: Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.
- Reporting: Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
- Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products.
- Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods.
- Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct.
- Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.
- Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems.
4. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field.
- 5+ years as Quality Coordinator / Manager in FMCG Industry is mandatory, milk and beverages industries are preferred.
- HACCP, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Certified Quality Manager (CQM), or ISO Lead Auditor.
- Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis, hardworking, auditing, technical writing, leadership.
