Role Description

The Customer Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Tema. The role involves managing customer accounts, building relationships, and driving sales of the company's products. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service to promote customer satisfaction and retention. Additional tasks include coordinating with the sales team, maintaining records of customer interactions, and staying updated on product knowledge and market trends.

• Ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.

• Experience in the consumer goods industry is an advantage.
