We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Credit/Loan Officers to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Officer based in Accra. The Credit Officer will be responsible for evaluating credit applications, analyzing financial information, preparing credit reports, and making decisions on creditworthiness. Additional responsibilities include managing and monitoring a portfolio of accounts, reviewing repayment schedules, and securing timely payments. The position requires close collaboration with team members to ensure adherence to credit policies and the maintenance of financial records.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and experience in Credit Management and managing credit portfolios
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to assess financial data effectively
• Knowledge of Finance and Credit principles and regulations
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the finance or banking industry is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide financial advice to clients on the company’s products and services.
• Assist clients in managing their accounts and resolving any issues.
• Achieve set targets for sales and customer acquisition.
• Promote the company’s products and services to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Attend to customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
