Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and Schedule: Create and manage project timelines using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Keep Things on Track: Monitor project progress and identify any potential hiccups.
- Collaborate: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Resource Management: Help allocate resources efficiently.
- Reporting: Provide clear and concise project updates.
- Problem-Solving: Find creative solutions to keep projects moving smoothly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Someone with around 5 years of experience in construction planning.
- Solid knowledge of construction processes and methods.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Valid Ghanian Drivers license.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- PMP certification.
- Experience working on construction projects in Ghana.
