Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials on construction sites. You must be comfortable working with a variety of tools, following blueprints, and meeting safety standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials according to the specified dimensions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Construct and install frameworks, floors, doors, windows, partitions, and other structures.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure work is completed to code and in line with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other construction workers on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter in construction.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and work on construction sites.
- Good understanding of safety guidelines and procedures.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- NVTI certificate or relevant vocational training is an advantage.
Preferred Qualities:
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
