🧭 About the Role
M-KOPA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cluster Leader to oversee field sales operations across assigned territories. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales agents, drive performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets while strengthening market presence.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and manage high-performing field teams.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support sales agents across all assigned territories
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance targets
Recruit, train, and develop field sales agents
Monitor team productivity and ensure consistent performance improvement
Provide continuous coaching, motivation, and field support
Ensure strong customer engagement and service delivery
Prepare and submit accurate performance and activity reports
🎓 Requirements
Minimum of Senior High School Certificate (Diploma or Degree is an added advantage)
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or team leadership
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently
Must reside in or be familiar with the listed operational areas
