Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and client-focused Client Services Executive to act as the main point

of contact between our agency and its clients. You’ll ensure client satisfaction, manage project

timelines, coordinate deliverables between teams, and identify opportunities for account growth.

This role requires strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills, and the ability to

work with creative and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.

• Understand client objectives and ensure that deliverables align with goals.

• Coordinate internal teams (Digital Marketing, Creative, and AI Engineering) to meet project

deadlines.

• Prepare and present marketing reports, performance summaries, and campaign insights.

• Manage feedback and ensure timely client communication and approvals.

• Support the CEO and COO in developing client proposals, budgets, and renewal plans.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services.

• Maintain client documentation and CRM records using HubSpot or Airtable.


Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Communications,

Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional certificates in client management, digital marketing, or project management are

an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Client Service, Account Management, or Marketing

Coordination — preferably in an advertising, marketing, or media agency environment.


Must-Have Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication — confident with client presentations and reporting.

• Strong project management and organisational skills.

• Working knowledge of digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email, etc.).

• Data analysis and reporting proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets, Analytics dashboards).

• Ability to coordinate multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

• Professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.


Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with HubSpot CRM, Airtable, or Trello/Asana.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign reporting.

• Presentation preparation (Canva, PowerPoint).

• Proposal writing and business development experience.
