Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra for a claims adjudicator. The Claims Adjudicator will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and processing insurance claims to ensure valid and accurate payouts. Key responsibilities include verifying documentation, liaising with policyholders and internal teams, managing insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Claims Handling and Claims Management
• Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims processes
• Experience in managing Property Damage claims
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Familiarity with health insurance sector regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
