The Redda Group has been exclusively retained to identify an exceptional Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly growing energy platform operating across multiple countries in West Africa.

This is a rare opportunity to join an organization preparing for a public market listing within the next 36 months and serve as the executive responsible for leading the company through the IPO process.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a seasoned CFO who has successfully led a company through an IPO and is excited by the challenge of transforming a high-growth organization into a globally recognized, publicly traded enterprise.

The CFO will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board while providing leadership across finance, treasury, FP&A, investor relations, governance, and capital markets activities.

What You'll Lead

• End-to-end IPO execution and public company readiness

• SEC registration, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance

• Investor relations, earnings communications, and analyst engagement

• Treasury, capital structure, and liquidity management

• Multi-country financial operations and consolidation

• Big 4 audit management and governance enhancement

• Strategic financial planning to support growth and expansion

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

• Prior CFO, Deputy CFO, or VP Finance experience within a publicly traded organization

• Proven track record leading an IPO or public listing

• Deep knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, US GAAP and/or IFRS

• Experience managing large-scale finance organizations and complex multi-entity operations

• Strong investor relations and capital markets experience

• Background in energy, infrastructure, utilities, natural resources, or other capital-intensive industries preferred

• Experience operating across emerging markets highly desirable
