About The Role
As CFO, you'll oversee financial planning, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and strategic financial growth for Cornerstone.
What You'll Do

• Develop and manage comprehensive financial strategies
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all financial operations
• Manage financial risk and treasury operations
  

You'll Thrive Here If You

• 10+ years of financial management experience
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian and West African financial regulations
• Track record with fundraising and investor relations
  

Bonus Points

• Startup or early-stage company experience
• Experience with mobile money ecosystems
• International finance exposure
