Chartered Accountant

A leading hospitality establishment in Takoradi, committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and integrity is seeking an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards and hotel policies
• Manage and maintain financial records, accounts and ledgers
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies
• Provide financial guidance and support to various departments
  

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (ACCA, ICA or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g Quick Books, Tally & Sage)
