As part of our growth journey, we are expanding our cybersecurity portfolio and looking for a passionate and results-driven Channel Account Manager (Cybersecurity) to join our dynamic team in GHANA.

About the Role:

The Channel Account Manager Cybersecurity will be responsible for developing and managing strong relationships with partners, resellers, and vendors to drive cybersecurity solution sales across the East African region.

You’ll play a key role in channel development, enablement, and sales growth, ensuring our partners are equipped and motivated to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a channel sales strategy for cybersecurity solutions & IT Distributions.
  • Manage relationships with resellers, MSSPs, and distributors.
  • Identify new partners and business opportunities within the African market.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on marketing, training, and lead generation.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging threats, and cybersecurity technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in channel sales or business development within cybersecurity or IT distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, solutions, and vendors.
  • Proven track record of managing partner networks and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Based in GHANA.
