KROM is Ghana's community carpooling platform, and we're launching on the
University of Ghana, Legon campus. We're hiring 3–4 sharp, well-connected
students as Campus Ambassadors to drive the rollout in their part of campus.
What you'll do
- Own a campus corridor (Limann–Nelson, Pentagon/Bani/TF, or Sarbah/Akuafo)
- Recruit student drivers and riders onto the KROM platform
- Onboard new users, build buzz in your halls, and hit weekly targets
- Report daily on sign-ups and rides
What you'll earn
- GHS 1,000/month base plus a performance bonus
- Top ambassadors can earn up to GHS 2,500/month
- Strong performers can step up to Campus Lead (GHS 1,250/month + bonus)
This is a 3-month paid pilot with room to grow as we scale, and real
startup experience across sales, growth and operations.

- Well-connected on campus and confident approaching people
- Strong sales instinct and a genuine team player
- Reliable — you do what you say you'll do
