Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our office Winneba for a Business Development Representative. The role involves generating leads, driving inside activities, and building client and investor relationships to grow the organization’s projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, contributing to product development, and communicating the value of the agency’s offerings to foster partnerships and collaborations. Represent the company in relationship building and converting potential partners to valuable partners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert potential clients into partners.
- Understand investment relations and can engage investments discussions to make a decision
- Strong skills in Communication and Sales to effectively present, negotiate, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience and expertise in Business Development to identify opportunities, drive growth, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the aerospace or technology industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
