Role Description The Business Development Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tema. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support the expansion of the company’s real estate portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals, coordinating client meetings, and following up on leads to close deals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align business development strategies with operational and financial goals, while ensuring high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development skills, including lead generation, opportunity evaluation, and deal closing.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, financial data, and performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand pricing models, budgets, and investment returns.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client engagement, presentations, and internal collaboration.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and long-term relationships.
• Relevant experience in real estate, property development, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Tema, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
