Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing compliance expertise to the Growth department
- Enhancing policies, procedures, and controls related to financial promotion rules and review processesÂ
- Acting as key stakeholder with compliance representatives within entities to ensure compliance with financial promotions for approval of proposals, documents, promotions, and communications
- Approving robust financial promotions, ensuring they're compliant with regulation and advertising codes and practices within the UK
What you'll need:
- 1-3 years of experience driving financial promotion compliance in a regulated business
- Experience within the UK market and deep knowledge of FCA and ASA regulations related to financial promotions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A strong desire to change traditional financial services for businesses
- The capacity to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
