Role Description

The role holder is accountable for delivering revenue growth through brokers, ensuring the company achieves business targets in volume, market share, and profitability while strengthening broker loyalty and market presence.

  • Drive premium income and profitability by maximizing broker-led sales across Motor & Mass Market and Corporate & Commercial segments.
  • Build and sustain high-value partnerships with brokers, positioning the company as their preferred insurance partner.
  • Negotiate, manage, and monitor broker agreements, commissions, and performance to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Develop and execute broker-specific sales strategies to capture new markets, increase share, and secure renewals.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions and innovative products that meet evolving broker and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Brokerage and distribution expertise, product knowledge and Digital Marketing Skills


  • Leadership Skills: Strategic Thinking, Relationship Building, Decision-Making, and Customer Focus


  • Personal Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, people skills, critical thinking & problem solving.                                                                                                                                                             
  • Academic & Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, commerce, insurance, or a related field.

Professional certification would be an advantage.

About 4-7 years' experience in the insurance sector with strong networing and relationship management expertise.
