To oversee Sales Managers and provide excellent and efficient service to clients and stakeholders by managing relationships, cost and operations and also prospect/sell life insurance policies to existing and prospective clients in the catchment area.

Job Description/Requirements
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement Hollard standards, initiatives and strategies at the branch.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, growth, and profitability targets for the branch.
- Sell Hollard’s products to individuals, corporate and other institutional clients using consultative selling techniques.
- Develop and implement effective prospecting techniques to generate warm leads for Sales Managers and other team members in the catchment area.
- Ensure exceptional service is provided to clients with speedy claim payments and efficient complaints management.
- Carry out presentations on Company products and services to prospective clients and institutions and support Sales Managers as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Resolve concerns and complaints pertaining to the branch operations.
- Improve skills and competencies of team members through appropriate training and leadership programs.
- Effectively manage pay points/selling points.
- Comply with corporate governance and company policies and procedures.
- Ensure effective management of Human Resource activities including the management of Sales Managers and Agents in the region.
- Manage other allied channels and partnerships for distribution of retail/individual products.
- Support the recruitment, selection, and training of Business Executives for Sales Managers in the branch.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations on key deliverables and other assigned projects.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- University degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field
- Advance Diploma in Insurance or ACII or related field is required.
- At least 6 years relevant experience with 2 years in management or leadership role
- Excellent prospecting and relationship management skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
