Branch Manager

Job Description:

• Market the company’s product to ensure growth in the asset and liability
• Supervise marketing of company products every morning
• Facilitate formation meetings with potential clients and communicate the products, credit policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that loans are processed, and clients are informed of their responsibility.
• Supervise Relationship Officers to do timely registration, disbursements, and repayment collection.
• Always follow up on delinquent and past-due clients for collection
• Ensure monthly reconciliation of loan client passbooks with our system
• Evaluate, monitor, and control loan performance per agreed performance targets, and take corrective action to ensure their achievement.
• Prepare and present a weekly portfolio report at management meetings.
• Prepare and present Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports.
• Evaluate, monitor, and control RO’s performance per agreed.
• Pro-actively manage costs by monitoring expenditures against budget
• Manage operational risks for the branch to prevent losses and other risks
• Carry out and oversee general administrative, operational, and HR issues
• Maintain existing client relationships and manage their expectations
• Ensure excellent customer service by continuously reviewing data
• Train Clients on basic management Skills
• Submission of monthly returns and other reports to the Risk & Compliance manager.
• Maintaining efficient customer focus
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Salary Range: A net of GH¢4,500.00 - GH¢5,000.00
