At Part Africa (powered by AidRigs), we are on a mission to keep Ghana moving. Following the success of our flagship branch in Madina, we are expanding! Over the next 12 months, we are selecting 5 to 10 energetic, dedicated franchisees to launch and grow with us across key commercial corridors.

We keep vehicles on the road by supplying Ghana's bustling rideshare fleets (Uber, Yango, Bolt), commercial fleets, and drivers searching for hard-to-find spare parts for unique cars.

We are offering two franchise paths:

Physical Franchise Operator: Establish and run a Part Africa retail store. Your store will also serve as a local pickup hub for AidRigs Express—our rapid order service flying in specialized spares directly from the USA and Europe!

Digital Listing Agent: A flexible e-commerce role responsible for cataloging parts and driving sales on platforms like Jiji and other online marketplaces. (This can operate purely digitally, or be combined with a physical store).

Target Locations

Accra Corridors: Osu, plus strategic spots across the Eastern and Western sides of town (building on our Madina location).

Key Regional Hubs: Tema and Kumasi.

Who You Are: A Respectful, Hands-On Leader

This isn't an armchair corporate job, and it’s definitely not a place to boss people around. We are looking for partners who combine a passion for business and an interest in vehicles with genuine respect for people.

• A True People Person (No Room for Arrogance): Real leaders lead through respect, not authority. Whether you are dealing with a major fleet manager, a mechanic, a customer, or a young warehouse worker, you treat everyone with equal dignity. AidRigs has zero tolerance for rude or condescending attitudes.
• You Get Your Hands Dirty: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves—literally. You’ll be lifting boxes, stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and building real relationships on the shop floor.
• Core Skillsets We Value: Comfort with basic finance and admin concepts, plus a natural ease with IT and digital tools (like POS systems and software like Odoo). Backgrounds in social media, graphics, local publicity, or marketing are a massive plus!
• Flexible on Requirements: You don't need to score a 10/10 on every single skill. If you bring strong energy, uncompromising integrity, and a willingness to learn, we can build the rest together! We want collaborative partners, not "know-it-alls."

What You Bring vs. What We Provide

This is true business ownership, not a salaried job.

• What You Bring (Negotiable): You might bring some capital, a great location, industry experience, office equipment, or parallel business experiences, or even better, you'll bring a combination thereof. The more capability and resources you bring on Day 1, the higher your starting base commission.
• What We Provide: Stock on deferred/consignment terms (you sell before you pay us for inventory), global supply lines, international shipping logistics, software, and operational support to make you successful.

Expectations & Earnings Potential

• Setup Phase: Getting fully onboarded, trained, and open takes 2 to 6 months. You must be autonomous, patient, and prepared to operate pre-revenue during setup.
• Earnings When You're Up to Speed: Revenue won't flood in on Day 1—it takes time, persistence, and local market cultivation to build sales momentum. However, once you are up to speed, we expect a successful owner-operator to generate over $500 USD monthly in net take-home earnings, with substantial room to grow beyond that. For our top Ghana franchisees who master their market and execute with panache, we anticipate earnings exceeding $2,000 USD monthly.

• Rapid Communication: Quick response times and structured, SLA-style communication.
• Legal Entity Ready: You must already have—or be ready to incorporate within 10 days of acceptance—a standalone company dedicated 100% to this collaboration. Don't worry, our team will assist with accounting and compliance guidance to keep your business running responsibly!
