Job Summary
The AL / ML Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning/AI models to drive business objectives. He/She will be in charge of all the process which includes data collection, model development, evaluation, and implementation. Additionally, he will collaborate with other departmental heads to identify areas where machine learning techniques can be used to simplify complex business challenges.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- He/She will lead, mentor, and coach the staff in the department.
- Develop and execute a machine learning strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques to improve processes, products, and services.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning research and technology.
- Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms.
- Establish evaluation metrics and methodologies to assess model performance.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of machine learning models and iterate on them to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of machine learning solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Monitor model performance in production and implement necessary updates and enhancements.
Qualification and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g. Master’s, professional certificates) will be an advantage.
- 3 years in leading machine learning teams and delivering successful machine learning projects.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or Java, and experience with machine learning software.
- Solid understanding of data management is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of an organization.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems are desirable.
