The role is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales agents to achieve defined sales targets within the branch. The job holder drives agent performance through effective training, coaching, and mentoring, ensuring improved productivity, retention, and professional development of the team.
Manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
• Training, Leading and coaching agents in the team, to build their knowledge, attitude, skills and habits to improve retention and productivity of the agents.
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting weekly and monthly
• Working with key stakeholders in branch to improve retention and productivity of agents through effective lead and prospect management.
• Organizing and being the custodian of all branch meetings as directed and scheduled.
• Being a leader of the execution of the distribution strategy in branch
