Job Summary
- To co-ordinate and assist in all personnel matters and provide administrative support.
Qualification Required & Experience
- A Diploma or First Degree in Business Administration / Social Sciences with a minimum of three (3) years may be considered for trainee role.
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of Personnel Management
- Ability to interpret Conditions of Service to Management
- Ability to enforce disciplinary measures
Personality Competencies
- Good Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen to contrary views and deal with conflict on matters affecting staff
- Ability to relate effectively to people
- Must be computer literate
