Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Communication: Managing calendars, arranging meetings and travel, and handling of malls and phone calls for executives
- Document Preparation: Creating reports, presentations, and other documents
- Office Management Maintaining filing systems, databases, and overseeing office supplies.
- Project Support Assisting with projects as needed.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in business administration, management, office administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as an admin officer or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Offices Sulte
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.
